Revelation 4 is about a shift in perspective - from earth to heaven
It shows what is happening behind the scenes of everything.
John looked... and suddenly, something shifted.
A door stood open in heaven.
And a voice clear and powerful called to him:
"Come up here."
In that moment, John was taken in the spirit... and what he saw was unlike anything on earth.
At the center of everything, there was a throne.
And someone was seated on it. 
This means father God is in control.
No matter how chaotic life feels, heaven is not confused, stressed, or uncertain.
The one on the throne shone with brilliance - like precious stones glowing with light. Around the throne was a radiant rainbow, shimmering like emerald, wrapping the entire scene in beauty and promise.
From the throne came flashes of lightening... rumblings... thunder.
Power. Authority. Presence.

This shows father God is not passive - he is active, powerful, and aware.
Nothing is slipping by unnoticed.
Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and seated on them were elders dressed in white, wearing golden crowns, symbol of success, authority and achievement.
But what do they do?
They lay them down.
This is where most people struggle.
Because we're taught:
Build status
Protect your image
Prove your worth
But heaven shows us:
Surrendering to father God is higher than success.
You never lose when you surrender to father God...
You step into alignment.
